Latin Americans United for Progress (LAUP), formed in 1974, advocates for the needs of Latinos in the Holland area around issues like housing, employment, immigration, human services and education. Over the years, LAUP expanded their programs and services to include youth development and scholarship, English, GED prep, citizenship classes and more.

LAUP is an amazingly successful program, but their website no longer reflected the organization’s full array of services. Unfortunately, they did not have the budget to completely re-create the site.

As we strategized with LAUP officials about how to revamp their website on a limited budget, we discovered that using some of their existing photography and design elements and donating our services to do the rest would get the job done.

We worked closely with one of LAUP’s in-house web developers to reorganize the site and rewrite content. We then provided them with site design mockups that included both existing and new photos taken by their amazing photographer.

In the end, we put it all together to give LAUP a website that works on all devices, has clear communication and uses beautiful photography to show off all their services and events.

We worked with another web developer to organize the site, and rewrite content. We then mocked up the site design with some sample photos. LAUP then had their amazing photographer take some new photos to fill the spaces on the new site.

Then we put it all together to give LAUP a website that is user-friendly, has clear communication and beautiful photography.

We are so pleased to have been able to donate a fresh new website to this wonderful organization. Please check out the new site to learn more about them!

“The team at Navigate were a pleasure to work with. They went over and above to make sure that their work met our needs and expectations. With their help, we were able to set up reasonable goals for completion and launch, and their clear communication kept the project on track. I would work with Navigate again and can’t recommend them more highly!”
