What can you expect when you work with Navigate?

Navigate’s process is holistic—we bring a strategic approach to everything we do, always asking, “What are we trying to accomplish” and making sure our assets help you reach your goals. Our process is also cyclical—we constantly monitor, assess, and adjust our strategies as our clients grow and the market changes.

Discovery

The foundation of Navigate’s process lies in the discovery and assessment of our clients’ history, current brand position, and future potential. Our belief is that a brand is not defined simply by elements like logos or tag lines, but by the collective perceptions of all who know the organization exists. It is only by developing a strong understanding of these perceptions that we can begin to advise an organization on what to do next with their branding strategy and supporting marketing assets.

Planning

During this phase, we create design concepts, written narratives, and anything else we recommend for your audience’s internal and external brand experience. We will also create a timeline for when each asset needs to be created, when approvals need to happen, and when to launch/send to print.

Implementation

Once we have reviewed, modified, and mutually accepted the deliverables plan, we will proceed with the production of the marketing assets. Our creative team will then collaboratively work with you, under the direction of a Creative Director and Account Manager, who will oversee all communication, reviews, meetings, etc.
